Information we process

FlipQube processes the account identity used to sign in, property and financial information you enter, uploaded receipts or property images, contact information you choose to save, and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

How information is used

We use this information to provide deal calculations, save your analyses, manage renovation projects, prepare communications you request, maintain security, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.

Your projects and analyses

Saved analyses are associated with your signed-in identity. Shared project records are available only to people authorized for that project. Do not enter Social Security numbers, banking passwords, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Uploaded documents

Receipt pictures, invoices, property images, and PDFs are stored as private project files. File access is checked against the signed-in person’s project permission before a document is opened. The app records who uploaded a document and when.

Security and error records

We may record device type, browser information, sign-in activity, project identifiers, and application error messages to protect accounts and diagnose failures. Error reports should not contain passwords, Social Security numbers, or complete bank-account information.

Service providers and retention

Information may be processed by hosting, storage, authentication, and communications providers that help operate the app. Records are retained while your account or project remains active, as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service.

Your choices

You may download your account records, erase individual saved analyses, or submit a full-account deletion request from the Account & Data page. Shared project accounting records may need to be retained for other authorized participants, dispute resolution, tax or legal recordkeeping.
